I founded the Law Offices of Vincent E. Gentile in order to provide cost-effective and strategic representation to individuals and businesses, leveraging my experience gained from decades of large-firm legal practice with the highly personal client focus of a small law firm.

I take great pride in being trusted with the responsibility for solving my clients’ most pressing problems. But I take even greater satisfaction when I am able to find creative and practical solutions to their problems.

I am honored to have earned the trust and confidence of many individuals and companies by successfully handling complex lawsuits, disputes and appeals as well as by providing strategic advice to help resolve lawsuits or potential lawsuits without the expense and uncertainty of protracted litigation.

I have served for many years as outside general counsel to a large privately held industrial company, and have represented many small and medium-sized businesses and their owners. I know the kinds of issues that keep business owners awake at night, whether they arise from employment claims, contract disputes with vendors and customers, regulatory investigations, product liability claims, insurance issues or conflicts among owners. Sound judgment and advice on those issues can often be critical to a company’s success—whether in planning for a lawsuit, prosecuting or defending one, or (what can be even more important) determining how best to avoid a lawsuit.
